Active Rehab​

After suffering a sporting injury, the body is not the only thing affected, the mind plays a role in the recovery process as well. 


Getting back into non-strenuous physical activity allows the body and mind time to prepare for returning to sport. It can also help to reduce the fear of re-injury during practice. 


This program is for the athlete who's ready to move again safely, while building up the necessary mental and physical strength.
